SOLUTION TO: There is a Problem Printing My Report

Description: Your PDF report displays properly on the computer screen but you experience problems when printing.

Solution: This is likely a problem with either your printer, the printer driver, the Adobe PDF software, your zip file utility, or your computer itself. Try one or all of the following suggestions:

1. There may have been a problem with the file transfer process. Redownload the file from the Download page (via hyperlink) then try printing the report again.
2. Your PDF software may be outdated or corrupted. Download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader (free from get.adobe.com/reader/) then try printing again.
3. Your browser may be outdated or corrupted. Either reinstall the software, or download a newer version of the software. If that doesn't work, then try downloading the PDF report directly from one of the hyperlinks provided.
4. There may be a temporary conflict on your computer. Try restarting your computer.
5. There may be a more serious problem with your computer. Use a different computer to print the PDF file. **Important** Make sure you print from a computer that is outside your network or office.
6. There may be a problem with your printer. Try printing on a different printer.
7. There may be a conflict between your computer and printer. Try printing on a different computer AND printer altogether.
