How fast is your internet? Once you subscribe, start downloading!

Q4. Am I required to sign a contract that locks me in for a certain number of months?

HECK NO! We do not use any contracts, tricky lingo, or limit your downloads. This is a Month-to-Month subscription service.

Q5. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, when you are logged into the PhoenixTMOReport.com, click Veiw Profile. There is an UNSUBSCRIBE button there that you can use, or simply email us @ info@tmoreport.com.

Q6. How often are the reports updated?

The reports are updated once per week (usually on a Thursday).

Q7. How do I receive the reports?

Reports are uploaded in Adobe PDF format and are located in the Download Reports Tab. Click the week you would like to Download and it will bring you to the Download Landing Page. Here you may select the city and type of home you would like to view. Click the "Download" link and your report will show in a new Tab/Window. You will need to have Adobe PDF Reader installed on your computer to read and print the reports.

Q12. Is it possible to search for condos and townhomes, not just single family homes?

Yes, we provide reports for those types of properties as well as Single Family residences.
